In the field of sports science we analyse a large amount of data in and outside the realm of the TrainingPeaks platform. The primary objective for us is to sift through many data sets and form accurate conclusions for individuals.

We at Pure Science use a question and answer protocol together with metrics, namely descriptive and inferential methods as well as other analytical techniques to gauge the correct training to be completed in anticipation of achieving endurance and race performance results. This is done via a consultation process.

Our effective team recognises when the data they are presented with is not revealing the required material and here they use their years of experience in their respective fields to extract the necessary information which is not seen by the untrained eye. The delicate balancing act of knowledge, experience and hands on approach is the reason PureScience makes a formidable partner to work with.

ONLINE PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT

Preparation is key, and sometimes, fine-tuning that preparation with personalised consultation services can make all the difference. As an experienced consultant specialising in optimizing athletes' performance, I offer pre-race consultations that go beyond scheduled training sessions. These consultations delve into the intricacies of race-day readiness, focusing on mental preparation, nutrition strategies, hydration plans, and even race-specific tactics. By collaborating closely with athletes, I tailor my advice to their individual needs and goals, ensuring they step onto the starting line feeling confident, focused, and fully equipped to perform at their absolute best. Whether it's a marathon, stage event, triathlon, or any other competitive event, my consultations aim to provide athletes with that extra edge they need to excel when it matters most.

Define the structure you want

Choose from two online endurance sessions per week to a fully loaded week of multiple sessions. You pay for the structure you want to be loaded. All sessions are analysed weekly.
Feedback when needed. We float the rest day when suited in a Periodised cycle.
